Disabled Go work experience

Disabled People GoFour disabled people recently took part in a work experience day with Disabled Go – an accessibility checker for shops, parks, businesses and leisure venues in the District. After a mornings training they visited Broadway and helped survey the shops there. Some may now do further work with Disabled Go.

Disabled Go is free for people to use to find out how accessible venues and outdoor spaces are for them. There are over 1,600  venues across the Bradford District. Many other areas have there own web pages too  – so it’s also  useful if you go on holiday or visit relatives etc.  You can visit the webpages at www.disabledgo.com  or Google Disabled Go Bradford
